Hotel Policies

Booking policy

  • Guarantee: All guests are required to either pay upon booking or leave a valid credit card on file.
  • Extra person rate: With 3 or 4 people in the room, the hotel will charge you $25.00 excluding tax and government fee per person per night. All children under the age of 12 will not been charged for the extra person rate.
  • Services: The guest acknowledges joint and several liability for all services rendered until settlement of bills.
  • Security Policy: We encrypt certain sensitive information (such as credit card information) using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your personally identifiable information is safe as it is transmitted.

Check- in Policy

  • Check-in time: Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
  • Early check in: Any guests who wish to arrive in the hotel earlier than our check-in time are welcome to leave their luggage with us until their room becomes ready.
  • Age: Minimum age of check-in is 21
  • Payment types: Cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
  • Deposit: All guests are required to present a form of identification and a valid credit card or leave a $200.00 cash deposit for incidentals at check-in.

Check- out policy

  • Check-out time: Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
    After your check-out, luggage can be stored. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and a charge.

Hotel policy

  • Non-smoking: We provide the guests with a smoke-free environment. If guests have been smoking in the rooms or any other part of the hotel, a smoking fine of $250 will be charged.
  • Pets: No pets are allowed. Only guide dogs.
  • Damages: Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
  • Commodore Suites is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms. Complementary safe deposit boxes are available in rooms.


  • Refundable bookings: Any cancellations must be made at least 5 working days prior to your arrival date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 5 to 2 days prior to arrival receive 50% refund and cancellations made 1 day prior to or on the day of arrival do not receive a refund.
  • Non-refundable bookings: Any cancellations made do not receive a refund.
  • No-show: In case of a no-show, there will be no refunds given.
